SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 7 business days for us to get your order created, packed and shipped out.
ORDERS
After placing an order you will receive an email confirming that your purchase was processed. Automatic receipts confirming an order placement does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. What's Her Name (WHN) cannot guarantee that all items displayed in the shop are in stock at the time of your order due to the nature of printing on demand (per order.) If an item is unavailable you will be notified by WHN within 24 business hours from placing the order. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to sending it out should we find any errors, as well as reserving the right to amend content of the site at any time.
Once your order has shipped you will receive a second email with a confirmation of shipment that includes a tracking number that can be used to track your package.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES are accepted unless it is fault on our end.
Please be sure to review your order and size(s) before placing your order, as we only accept returns or exchanges if there is fault on our behalf. If this is to happen, all fees associated with the exchange will be at our expense. Please notify us within 7 business days after receipt of purchase. Refunds will only be given once we have reached an amicable decision.
SHIPPING
DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS based on the option chose at checkout. Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
INTERNATINAL SHIPMENTS
International orders are shipped via USPS standard international mailing, which will take approximately 7-28 business days to be delivered (this does not include the processing period). International customers will be provided with a customs number that can be used to track orders up until the package leaves US customs.
All orders are shipped Mondays-Saturdays 9:00am-5:00pm PT, excluding major holidays.
INVALID ADDRESS PROVIDED BY CUSTOMER
If an order is shipped back to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a refund will be issued. No shipping fees will be refunded.
MISSING PACKAGES
We can not be held responsible for packages that have been successfully delivered per it's tracking number. If the tracking number attached to a package has been updated to the "Delivered" status on USPS's website, the package has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout by USPS.
If the customer finds the package has not been delivered as stated by the tracking number, it is the customer's responsibility to reach out to their local post office to locate the package. We will not issue refunds in this case.

SHIPPING DAMAGE
If your prints were damaged due to shipping, please use the contact form on our website or email hannah@whndesigns.com a picture of the damaged package. This is required by USPS at the time we file a claim. Please inform us of damages within 7 business days of receiving your prints.
